1. Protection of data of a personal nature

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th, on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, MOTWANI, S.A. informs users of the Website that the data provided through our website via the corresponding forms and emails received, and which are considered as data of a personal nature, will be incorporated into our files, in order to be able to manage the service requested, answer their request and/or process their request. If you send us your curriculum, we inform you that the data provided will be incorporated into the files belonging to MOTWANI, S.A with the aim of forming part of our job pool.

These files will be logged with the Spanish Data Protection Agency in accordance with the current legislation and development regulations. Users guarantee and are responsible, in all cases, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, authenticity, relevance and non-excessiveness of the Personal Information provided, and they agree to keep it duly updated.
