Method of Use:
Step 1. Apply the liquid lipstick to clean, bare lips.
Step 2. Let it dry for two minutes and then apply the ultra-conditioning balm to stop moisture from escaping.
Step 3. If necessary, apply a little more balm.
Step 4. Remove with an oil-based makeup remover.
