All our national and international orders are sent by our courier partner SEUR. On delivery, packages require a signature on the delivery note. If there is no one to collect the parcel, the courier will leave a note indicating how to proceed in order to organize another delivery time.

Deliveries to Spain & Europe
All deliveries to Spain and Europe are done by DDP (Delivery Duties Paid), meaning that all importation levies and dispatch costs are included in the total (and are reflected in the invoice as tax) and so no extra payment is required when delivery is made. In the case of returns, all importation levies and dispatch costs are not refundable by www.riuparfum.com.
Deliveries to the Rest of the World
For all deliveries around the rest of the world, any customs or importation tax should be paid once the parcel has reached its destination country. These costs should be paid by the end client.www.riuparfum.com has no control over these charges and it is impossible to predict how much they may be. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country, so to obtain information on these costs, the client should contact their local customs office. In the case of a return or an order being rejected, these costs are not refundable by www.riuparfum.com.
Track Your Order
As soon as your order has been sent from our warehouse, you will receive an email indicating your SEUR tracking number. You can check the state of your order 24 hours after receiving your email via the link provided therein.
If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you have 14 days, starting from the reception date, to request the return of your goods. To request your return, send us an e-mail to the following address: [email protected] or call us on 928767971.
If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to communicate with us through a letter or this withdrawal form that can be sent

Conditions of Return
To carry out your return, the product should be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included inside. Once the goods have been received at our warehouse, and upon checking the condition of the parcel, the company will proceed to making a full refund to the client, by the same means the client originally made payment. The amount returned will be the price of the product, excluding the delivery costs involved, which will be paid for by the client.
Any faulty or erroneous orders will also be admitted, in which case RIU PARFUM will be responsible of delivery charges, as long as the client informs the company of the circumstances within a period of 14 days from the order reception date.
